Pine-Richland High School is located in Pine Township and is home to grades nine through 12.
With a focus on STEAM-related learning, the high school has strong programs in science, technology, engineering, the arts and mathematics. Students consistently perform in the top tiers of standardized testing.
In 2024, U.S. News and World Report ranked Pine-Richland High School #4 in the Pittsburgh region and #12 in Pennsylvania, the top 1%. Pine-Richland High School also earned AP Gold Honor Roll Recognition for the 2023-2024 school year. Only 7% of eligible schools nationwide, and only two other schools in Western Pennsylvania, earned this designation.
