Forensics
The Pine-Richland High School Forensic Team offers students the chance to compete in 11 various categories, from debate to original oratory to poetry to dramatic or humorous interpretation of plays, movies or stories. Practices are held after school every day in Room 221 from September through April and are open to all students.
Students need only attend those practices that meet their schedules and correspond to any tournaments that they want to attend. Tournaments, where students from schools throughout Western Pennsylvania compete, are held on Saturdays throughout the school year. Forensics is more than a way to hone communication, interpretation, and thinking skills; it is a lot of fun.
