Candidate Materials

These materials are ONLY for eligible students that have qualified for NHS candidacy as indicated by the candidacy packet mailed to the student in late June or early July. Candidates are determined to be eligible by being a rising junior or senior and having a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.75. Only candidate forms accompanied by all required candidacy materials will be accepted and/or reviewed by the Faculty Council. No exceptions will apply.

 

The form must be typed, printed, and submitted with all other candidacy materials.
