Students Win International Marketing Competition
Five students earned first place in the annual Cultural Communications Alliance’s International Business Marketing Competition held at the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Business School on May 6: sophomore Raphael Bencun, and ninth-graders Sienna DeRenzo, Luca Napolitano, Adeline Schmitt and Piya Dargan.
This year, students created a marketing plan for Sarris Candies Buckeyes to be sold in Quebec.
Student participation is sponsored by teachers Dawn Herbst and Kristin Hough, who have been supporting students in the Cultural Communications Alliance competition for 20 years.
