Review Important Changes to 2024-2025 Calendar
On October 7, 2024, the Pine-Richland School Board approved two updates to the 2024-2025 Academic Calendar:
Monday, January, 20, will now be an in-service day for teachers. Students will not attend on this day. This change gives students the day off for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The in-service day scheduled for Monday, January 13, remains unchanged. Note that even with this change to the calendar, students will still receive the state-mandated minimum instructional hours through the 2024-2025 school year.
The in-service day scheduled for Monday, May 5, has been moved to Friday, May 2. Students will not attend on Friday, May 2. School will be in session on Monday, May 5. This change is due to a conflict with AP testing.
These changes are reflected on the school website calendars. An updated copy of the Academic Calendar is also available for download.
